Michael D. Harris: Chairman

Mr. Harris is a senior business adviser at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP and acts as a consultant and advisor to several Canadian companies. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Mr. Harris was the Premier of Ontario from 1995 to 2002. Mr. Harris also serves on the boards of several public companies including Magna International Inc. (Lead Director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee), Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT (Chairman of the Board of Trustees and member of the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee), Canaccord Financial (Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee), and FirstService Corporation (Member of the Compensation Committee).

Rear Admiral Mark S. Boensel

Admiral Boensel has more than thirty-two years of experience in leading people, managing assets and maximizing the useful value of resources. He led the U.S. Navy's two largest geographic regions; and in doing so, directed and participated in projects and forums for infrastructure sustainment, development, consolidation, anti-terrorism protection, and emergency preparedness at the highest levels within the U.S. Navy.

Admiral Boensel assumed command of Naval Air Station Jacksonville in April 2001. During that tour he was selected for promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral. In July 2004, he returned to Washington, D.C., as the director of the Chief of Naval Operations Environmental Readiness Division (N45). From December 2005 to October 2007, Admiral Boensel served as Commander, Navy Region Southeast. After receiving his second star, he assumed duties as Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic in November 2007. He retired from active duty January 1, 2012.

Admiral Boensel holds post-graduate degrees in Business Administration, International Relations, and National Security and Strategic Studies. Additional achievements include the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, four awards of the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, two awards of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and four awards of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Mark Boensel has accumulated more than 3,200 flight hours and more than 600 carrier arrested landings.

Tony P. Busseri: Chief Executive Officer

Tony Busseri leads the management team in executing Route1’s strategic vision. Mr. Busseri is an entrepreneurial executive with a track record of producing results and shareholder value. He is committed to delivering Route1 solutions to customers and advancing excellence in the organization.

Mr. Busseri brings his background as a principal of Growth Equity Partners, a full service business advisory firm focused on supporting small to medium-sized private and publicly listed companies execute transformational business initiatives. Previously, Mr. Busseri served as a member of the board of directors, president and chief executive officer of EnGlobe Corp. from 2004 to 2008, and chairman of the board of directors, president and chief executive officer of Waste Services Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Busseri is a graduate of the honours business administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and holds a certified management accountant designation.

Peter Chodos: Chair of Compensation Committee

Peter Chodos is currently the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of OreReserve Asset Management Inc., a subsidiary of Integrated Asset Management Corp. Mr. Chodos has over 30 years experience in financial management and corporate finance with Wood Gundy, Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon and BZW Canada. He has led re-structuring deals, mergers and acquisitions and structured financings for a wide range of private and public companies in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Chodos was one of the founders of Lawrence Asset Management Inc. in late 2001 and left the firm to co-found Mt. Auburn Capital Corp. in 2004. Mr. Chodos received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Mr. Chodos is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

Michael F. Doolan: Chair of Audit Committee

Michael F. Doolan was appointed Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Neo Materials Inc. on September 1, 2005. Mr. Doolan was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Falconbridge Limited of Toronto since 2002 prior to its merger with Noranda Inc. Mr. Doolan has over 25 years experience in all aspects of financial management with specific expertise in international mergers and acquisitions, offshore financing structures and international treasury management acquired in a Canadian-based multinational environment.
